Find the Right Class for You:

What our Students Say

I have really enjoyed Jacque’s prenatal yoga class at Breathing Space. She clearly listens to attendees’ concerns at the beginning of class and incorporates tailored exercises into each practice to address the group’s wide-ranging needs.

I initially signed up for a toddler yoga class, which we love, but Jen (the owner) also generously allows you to explore other classes with your un-used class credit. This is how I found the adult yoga class - pure bliss. It was like a spa experience except closer to home. A welcomed remedy on Sunday before the start of a new week.

Breathing Space is a great place for connecting with yourself and also with others in the community. We deserve to spend time on ourselves so we can, in turn, care for those around us.
