About the Space

Located steps from Eastern Market, our 1000 sq ft studio offers:

  • A spacious main classroom with wood floors

  • An open-concept lobby with a welcoming vibe

  • Two bathrooms

  • Folding chairs (x12), tables (x2), yoga props, projector, and screen

  • Option to serve food with prior approval

The space is clean, calm, and professionally maintained. It feels like a sanctuary in the middle of the city.

Rental Rates

We offer simple hourly rates with discounts for multiple hours or recurring bookings.

One-Time or Occasional Rentals

  • 2-hour rental: $150 flat rate (minimum for all one-time bookings)

  • 4–6 hours: $70/hour

  • 7+ hours: $60/hour

    Add $75 cleaning fee for events serving food. $200 refundable security deposit required.

Recurring Rentals (Weekly or Semi-Monthly)

Perfect for:

  • Weekly fitness classes

  • Educational or therapeutic groups

  • Arts & wellness workshops

$50–$70/hour depending on duration and frequency
Additional discount available for weekday daytime rentals (Mon–Fri, 9 am–3:30 pm, Sept–June)
Space may be limited on DCPS holidays
