Kids Yoga School Year Day Off Camp

Fun, Enriching, Relaxing - Yoga & Mindfulness Experiences when School is Closed
Breathing Space Kids Yoga Camp offers kids in grades K-4th enriching yoga and mindfulness experiences in a playful, non-competitive environment so they can learn self-regulation and stress management techniques, enhance gross motor skills and fitness, and, most importantly, make friends, relax, and have fun on DCPS days off for professional development or parent-teacher conferences. For grades 3rd-7th, camp may include Yoga Trapeze class as well.
We’ll do yoga movement classes, mindfulness activities, relaxation, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor time. We offer a non-competitive and supportive environment where kids can learn to work cooperatively and care for and nurture themselves.

What Our Families Say
I like my daughter being active, having fun with her friends, and she comes home and teaches me yoga poses. The people here are awesome and loving and they teach my daughter great things. They always seem to have fun activities planned for her even on days when she thinks there is nothing left to do on earth.
