Yoga Birthday Parties

Celebrate that special day for your little yogi with a healthy, fun birthday party activity!

What:

A birthday party yoga class for ages 1 to 100+ at a location of your choice.

Your party class will be packed with dozens of yoga poses, songs and activities for parents and children!

Great for toddlers and preschoolers with parents or a drop-off party for older children!

Breathing Space Birthday Party features a:

For children 1-4 yrs,
a 45-minute mat-based yoga class for up to 12 children with parents, OR
For children 4 years and older,
a 1-hour mat-based yoga class for up to 12 students without parents (minimum 2 adult participants/supervisors)
For children 8 years and older,
a 1-hr Yoga Trapeze class for up to 10 participants ages 8 and older (minimum 2 adult supervisors present)

Where:

Our studio OR your home or party venue.

The Breathing Space home studio is near Eastern Market. Other venues that may work but are client-arranged, include churches, recreation centers, the Hill Center, or even the client’s home.

Pricing

Cost depends on a few things:

whether you are responsible for the venue or we are, and
whether there are any add-ons – craft activities or extra children.

Where: Breathing Space (Capitol Hill)

Cost: $425*

Yoga class
3 hr rental including party class time, setup/cleanup time, and there are no additional cleaning fees.
Includes use of 3 folding tables and 12 chairs, tablecloths, and a dropcloth for indoor picnic-style eating. If opting for no craft project, includes access to a selection of gross motor toys such as tumbling mats, hoops, and tunnels.
$30 discount for current (within 10 months) families of campers or students registered in semester-length yoga classes or adult yoga & pilates members.
Does not include refreshments, decorations, or party favors. Parties at the Breathing Space studio.

*Surcharges may apply for travel to on-site parties more than 30 minutes from Capitol Hill.

Add-ons:

Additional children - $10 per child**
Craft activity - $60 + $2 per child

** Yoga Trapeze classes are limited by the number of rigs – maximum 10.

Craft Activities

Add a craft activity customized to your party theme and child’s interests. Craft will add between 15-30 minutes of additional time to the class. ($60 + $2 per child)

Theme-based art project- could include paint, markers, collage or other craft supplies

Eye pillows
